These are my terms of service! you agree to all of these statements/conditions when commissioning me <3

★Please be patient!! I am a full-time college student + other life responsibilities. Please be willing to wait at least a month or two max. (this is the maximum! and absolutely not my usual turn around time, which is on average a week or two)★ I usually send a sketch of work in progress for approval, but it's not always guaranteed, as I can forget or sometimes finish a whole drawing in one sitting! With no comment, I assume you accept the possibility of no sketch. Please let me know if you request to see an early sketch for approval for your commission★ I may post most of my commissions. Without comment, I assume you are okay with your commission being posted. If you would like yours kept private, please let me know.★ no refunds, sorry!★If you intend to use a commission for monetary purposes (merch, etc.) please discuss it with me prior.★ checking in for progress or updates is okay! But, please wait for a week between our initial commissioning date for updates.★ please respect that I may work on my commission queue out of order or personal art between or before commissions★Please be patient with giving me time to respond to any message but I am active on Discord and try my best to respond within a 24-hour time period.

Editing Commissions

Approval sketch stage
I can edit (responses or expressions) approval stage sketches with no problem :3!
Lined
I will not make large edits to commissions post-approved sketch
Colored/Shading related
I can hue shift colors (ex lighting) with no problem and make small edits to non-line related aspects of a character
Finished
Once a commission is finished I can make minor edits to aspects but I am not willing to make several edits to a finished commission that are not error-related. Large edits are offered but I will most likely request extra payment depending on their intensity.Edits to commissions related to any errors on my part are always offered at any stage and free of charge!

Art Use Permissions

Minor and major edits are okay! (this includes editing elements to appear as a part of the original drawing and aim to replicate my style)Icon/banners okay (cred preferred but opt)Reuploading is okay (please credit!)For Toyhouse uploads please credit my account, Mustang !(nonmonetary) Printing stickers with my art is more than okay :3 Please show me!The drawing belongs to you and please do what you see fit with it <3 If you have any questions feel free to ask!

★ Please have clear good reference images of your character!★ Please have all images/references provided be of the same consistency for a character. ( I do not work off of text descriptions in addition to unclear reference images without an extra charge of 10 USD)★ You can never provide enough references, text, images, or songs please send me anything you think that could help me visualize your idea or character.★ if you have bad or unclear references I will ask you for more clear images before accepting or possibly decline the commission.★ If you have a very specific idea in mind, sketching it out (even if very crudely) can be a great way to get your idea across to me!

Please try and be as clear as possible with characters, I may not interrogate for specifications on designs if aspects are confusing/unclear so I may make assumptions

NON-VISUAL REFERENCE COMMISSION

To go off a primary text description for a character this is a 20-dollar addition to a commission.

RUSH FEE

If a piece of artwork is needed in less than 31 days I can guarantee a turnaround time (the shortest being 7 days) for a rush fee of 10 USD.

Form for standard commissions:
(like simple headshots and full bodies)

Character: (images)
What you would like: (30 dollar full body)
Accessories they have that you want to be drawn:
Not on reference image additions: (ex “draw in this sweater” insert image)
Pose: (artistic liberty is ok)
Expression or general vibe: (small prompt works and artistic liberty ok)
Payment: (Cashapp heavily pref, Venmo and PayPal = extra 2 dollars bc of fees)
